Work With Us

If you are kind, open-minded, enthusiastic and willing to learn then we would love to meet you! Being a Playworker at Yorda means making a difference to children’s lives. Your personal qualities are more important to us than qualifications, which is why you don’t necessarily need any previous experience to work with us.

We have a fun and supportive team of Playworkers who are each passionate about playing and caring for our young people. Our team is led by our experienced Playleaders and Deputies who will help guide you on your way to being a confident and competent Playworker. When working with us you get to take part in a variety of formal and specialised trainings to help you thrive when working here.
